Following the Government's disastrous "bucket only" rule as part
of the Level 3 water restrictions, Ann introduced the
Waterworks (Making of Restrictions)
Amendment Bill 2007
which would ensure that Parliament has
the opportunity to debate the merit of any future water
restrictions and the impact they will have on ordinary South
Australians before they come into effect.
